Township Hall Rental Information

The Community Activity Room at the Normal Township Hall, 304 East Mulberry Street in Normal, is available to be rented for meetings and various gatherings. Information on the availability of the room for rental purposes can be accessed by calling the Supervisor's Office at (309) 452-2060. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around the building.

When the room is rented, it is required that both the rental fee and a deposit fee equal to the rental fee be paid to Normal Township. The deposit fee will be returned after the event has occurred and it has been determined that no damage has occurred during the time of the rental. Groups are expected to clean up the room following use or risk losing the deposit money.

Rental time periods are from 8:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. Other time periods can be approved by the Township Supervisor.
