Exercise Programs
The following exercise programs are offered:
- Line Dancing
- Low & Slow Aerobics
- PEPS (Practical Exercise Program for Seniors)
- Stretch & Tone
- Tai Chi
YOGA on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:15 pm. The new session will start February 2nd and run through March 16th.
LOW & SLOW on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 am. The new session will start March 24th and run through April 30th. The open class is on Thursday, March 19th.
PEPS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:15 am. The new session will start March 16th and run through April 24th. The open class is on Friday, March 13th.
BEGINNING LINE DANCE on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 am. The new session will start February 19th and run through March 31st.
INTERMEDIATE LINE DANCE on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 pm. The new session will start February 19th and run through March 31st.
TAI CHI I on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 am. The new session will start March 2nd and run through April 8th.
TAI CHI II on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:30 am. The new session will start March 2nd and run through April 8th.
TAI CHI FLOW on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:30 pm.
You may register for any of the classes at the Community Activity Center, 1110 Douglas Street, or by calling the Community Activity Center at 888-9099. PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF EACH SESSION AND MUST BE PAID BY CHECK OR USING EXACT CASH.
