Richard E. Farr - Township Supervisor
The Supervisor's Office is responsible for the business administration of the Township and for the Office of General Assistance. Here you can read the duties of the Supervisor of Normal Township as well as the basic qualifications for being determined eligible for township financial assistance.
It is the mission of this office to be directly available to the constituents of the Township, which includes all of the Town of Normal and some rural areas surrounding the Town.
